The Generate Zero Mortgages and Commercial Real Estate asset classes have been independently assessed as being suitable for the measurement and reporting of residential mortgage-associated and Commercial Real Estate emissions consistent with PCAF Standard for New Zealand-based reporters.

The parameters of the review include the following:

  • Relevance to the intended users of the platform
  • Relevance to the end use of the reported emissions information
  • Quantification methodology and source reference
  • Data Quality
  • Methodology statement
  • Estimations, assumptions and proxy data
  • Outputs of the data
  • Review findings are tracked and actioned

This confirms that the platform meets the following standards:
